Trivium Strategy Ltd is a consultancy specialising in holistic solutions for individuals who require support for neurodiversity, disability or a mental health condition that may impact their engagement with work or their day-to-day life. We also provide organisations with one-stop-shop solutions for understanding the needs of affected employees and how to support them.
With more health conditions being recognised as long-term disabilities, the need for inclusion becomes more pressing. Is your organisation doing everything it can to help those with disabilities to feel supported and to thrive?
We have worked with people of all ages who identify as neurodiverse. Our support has helped students and professionals with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and ADHD to gain independence and thrive at work and in study.
Whether by way of practical and professional one-to-one support, or through the implementation of assistive technology, we are helping to reduce the anxieties of mental health difficulties. Our Specialist Mentoring program has helped people across the whole spectrum of mental health difficulties, including anxiety disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders and personality disorders.
Autism (ASD) presents with many abilities, but similarly, the challenges can be vast and debilitating. With our person-centred approach, we are able to help develop confidence and independence for those struggling with ASD. Many of our clients have also developed interpersonal skills and are more able to communicate their thoughts and feelings, helping to boost employability.
The symptoms of chronic health conditions can affect people physically and mentally. For this reason, many of our clients have benefited from our practical support strategies, such as ergonomics. Many have also benefitted from human support, such as mentoring. Some of the conditions we have helped clients work through have included Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, MS, Crohn's, Diabetes, Epilepsy, HIV or cancer.
Supporting people with sensory impairments, such as deafness or blindness can be very challenging. However, with our experience in designing support strategies using the most up-to-date assistive technologies, we are able to facilitate positive change. By educating able-bodied peers or colleagues, those with sensory impairments can feel supported and valued.
Much of our experience is in the field of supporting mobility difficulties and the ergonomic strategies which can facilitate independence and help optimise performance. Sometimes, very small changes can have huge effects. Like with chronic health conditions, mobility conditions can have varying impacts upon a person's mental health. We recognise this and factor it into our support strategies.
We facilitate inclusion, performance and wellbeing. Our approach is holistic, with equal focus on the individual, the condition impacting the individual and their environment. By raising awareness of these combined factors, we are able to work with our clients towards long-term solutions.
